Each year, thousands of Albertans suffer from asthma attacks caused by coal-fired power plants, resulting in an estimated $300 million dollars in medical costs annually. This year, another 100 Albertans will die from coal. It’s time to clear the air. It’s time to phase out coal in Alberta.
